Below is our basic property map including parking, bathrooms, barn, and patio.
Table Layouts
Our table layout can be customized based on your table preferences. We have a total of 15- 60″ round and 15- 8ft rectangle tables for guest seating. Each round table can seat 8-10 guests and each rectangle table can seat 8-10 guests.
Max seating inside the barn is 120. Max seating on the patio is 175.
*Please note that renter is responsible for providing additional restrooms if the guest count is over 120. Water hookup and electrical outlets are available next to the silo for luxury bathroom trailers.

Table Layout with Bounce House
Bounce house and ball pit/soft play area can be setup indoors or outdoors (depending on the weather). 80 is the max seating possible if the bounce house is setup inside.
