*May-Oct max capacity is 200.

*Nov, Dec, Mar & Apr we limit events to a max of 120 guests.

*Jan-Feb. we are closed.

 

Our barn has a max seating capacity of 120. Additional seating is available on the patio. Patio is tented (May-Oct). We have tables, chairs and linens to accommodate a maximum of 200 guests.

Yes, our building is equipped with heat and A/C.

You and your guests will have access to two indoor bathrooms. Guests are welcome to rent additional portable bathrooms or luxury bathroom trailers. Extra bathroom rentals are recommended if your guest count is over 100 and required if your count is over 130.  

BHF does not provide or sell any food or beverages/alcohol. Renter may bring or cater in your own food/beverages/alcohol. Optional licensed bartenders are available to serve your drinks. *Only 21 years or older may consume alcohol on premises.

Our barn and grounds can accommodate most vendors including: tents, bounce houses, djs, light and fog machines, live bands, food truck/trailers, luxury bathroom trailers etc. Please coordinate delivery and setup with BHF staff.

 

There are two hotels located less than 2 miles east of the farm:

  • DoubleTree by Hilton Pleasant Prairie
  • Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Pleasant Prairie

There are several more hotels located 5 miles north of the farm:

  • Hampton Inn & Suites Kenosha
  • SpringHill Suites by Marriot Kenosha

During the warmer months we can utilize 2 acres worth of parking. (Approximately 80 vehicles). 

During periods of heavy rain or snow, parking may be limited. Renter may need to coordinate carpooling/shuttle service with their guests. 

Yes, overnight parking is allowed on the grounds; however, cars must be collected by noon the following day. All guests must be off the property by the end of your event time (excluding house lodgers, max of 8).

We do not allow the following: smoking/vaping inside of buildings, flame candles inside the barn, rice, glitter, confetti, confetti balloons, glass beer bottles, fireworks, or pets. 

We also ask that flower girls use real flower petals or bio-degradable options for the ceremony.  

Yes, the barn and farmhouse have WiFi available for vendor and guest use.
